Payments

1. Patients will be required to complete a full medical history prior to treatment  2. The terms Adult and Children in the offer are based on general dental development. This means that Adults are defined as those of age 13 years and over and Children of 12 years and under.   3. X-rays, photographs, cleaning and fluoride application are subject to treatment need and will be carried out only where clinically indicated   4. Where Gap Free is the selected payment method, and your health fund rebate pays more than the fee stated on our website, the amount will be retained by the clinic as payment with no refunds or adjustments   5. Where your health fund pays $0 the cash fee applies 6. Health fund claims must be made on the day of treatment and claimed using our HICAPS terminal   7. Children eligible for the Child Dental Benefit Scheme may either use the scheme for payment and will be charged the fees stated on the scheme or may pay the cash fee stated 8. Additional treatment may be offered as a treatment plan at no obligation for your dental health. Where this happens, additional fees will apply and an estimate for these will be issued prior to treatment   9. This offer is available for appointments booked before 31st July 2026 unless extended   10. The clinic reserves the right to refuse or withdraw this offer at any time.
